The caption of the post read, “Ryan Crouser landed a 22.80m/74-9.75 throw to win #USATFIndoors by over a meter.” Crouser’s winning throw of 22.80 meters was over a meter longer than the closest competitor’s best throw.

His series of throws included distances of 21.73m, 22.15m, 21.37m, 22.40m, and 22.80m. Behind Ryan Crouser, Roger Steen secured second place with a best throw of 21.47 meters, which was also a personal best for him. And Jordan Geist finished in third place with his best throw measuring 20.50 meters.
