The 31st of October might have been a day of spookiness for many, but not for Tara Davis-Woodhall and Hunter Woodhall. The Olympic-Paralympic duo, instead of taking the conventional path, decided they were going to break the mold with a whole new level of charm. They decided to dress up as Princess Tiana and her beloved frog! A nod of love to the ever-so-loved Disney tale of The Princess and the Frog. But it gets cuter!
Tara wore a stunning sea green, almost channeling her inner princess. Meanwhile, Hunter threw a curveball with his outfit. The video begins with just Tara, and then suddenly, a man in an all-green outfit jumps into the frame. The man was none other than Hunter himself, dressed as a frog. The two swayed away. Hunter picked Tara up and swirled her around. And the fandom absolutely loved it!

One fan went on to write, “Hunter took his role very seriously.” And it sure showed! The moment he jumps into the video, he adds a charming yet goofy flair. The caption sums it perfectly, with “Princess Tiana and her frog.” This goofiness is a new addition to their Halloween chronicles. It was not long ago that they were seen in outfits that were completely the opposite!
In 2023, Tara Davis-Woodhall and Hunter Woodhall dressed as vampires. As their Instagram reminded us, the two were seen wearing all-black outfits and even had capes on! “Happy Halloween from The Woodhalls vampire edition 🩸🧛🏽♀️”. Vampires to an all-time favorite Disney movie, talk about a transformation! Amidst the transformation, something apart from their relationship has remained status quo.
It is their beautiful yet absolutely adorable relationship with their pets. As a fan rightly pointed out, “I love how the dogs always want in on the fun.” In the video, too, as Hunter lifts Tara in the air, their pet runs in, almost looking confused; it was an adorable moment in itself! But the two have always shared a life of laughter and antics with their pets.

Tara and Hunter own two dogs, Milo and Winnie. But they did not stop there! They also own a cat named Azula. Evidently, their home is a lively one. Their dynamics with their pets became clear when Hunter, in an interview, went on to say, “We’re going to sit them (pets) down at the table and say, ‘Listen, guys, mommy and daddy went out there, and we did our jobs, and it’s time to respect us.’” Talk about a wholesome relationship! While some things continue to stay the same, the two have made a major change recently.

Tara Davis-Woodhall and Hunter Woodhall recently moved to a new city, which is the other aspect adding to this moment. As one fan rightly puts it, “Oh, this was ICONIC.” The video posted is not just a new Halloween but also the beginning of a new era in a new city. Just a few days ago, the duo posted a vlog titled “Moving into our new house.”
While this is a personal move, it is also a very professional decision. Both Tara and Hunter train with the same coach, Travis Geopfert. Now, Travis is the kind of coach that athletes don’t want to stop training with. He, after all, has been a coach at schools like Tennessee and Northern Iowa for 22 years. And if that wasn’t enough merit for a coach, in 12 years at Arkansas, he has won the National Assistant Coach of the Year. So, it is no wonder that when Travis Geopfert had to move, the couple followed.

It is, after all, under him that both Tara and Hunter created history. It even had a fan writing, “Queen & King.” This comment is not for their goofy outfits but for their achievements as athletes. Achievements that came from training with Travis Geopfert. It was only this year that, at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Tara went on to do her 7.10-meter-long jump and win the Olympic Gold. Soon after, in Paris, came another monumental moment.
The Paralympic Games began in Paris, and Hunter Woodhall took the lane. He, too, went on to win a gold in the 400-meter T62 event. But he did not stop there! Hunter also went on to win a bronze in the 4 × 100 m Universal Relay. Like them or hate them, but there is no disputing that they together wear the crown! The Olympic Paralympic duo is nothing short of absolutely lovable. A fan emotionally even went on to write, “Damn, y’all make me believe in love.” But the only true way to sum it up is, as another puts it, the duo is absolute “couple goals!”
