Hunter’s coach, Travis Geopfert, took on the director of track and field and cross-country role at Kansas State University. So, the duo followed him to Manhattan, Kansas, where Davis-Woodhall will also serve as an assistant coach. They had their meet-cute at a high school track meet in 2017 and have been like two peas in a pod since then. However, they had to endure a long-distance romance for 4 arduous years before finally reuniting in 2021. Since then, they resided in Arkansas, flipping houses and working towards their athletic dreams.
But on October 5, Hunter and Tara Davis-Woodhall announced on Instagram that they weren’t in Arkansas anymore. While fans already knew where they had moved to, they released a vlog on their YouTube channel documenting their process. In their newest vlog, the duo makes the long drive to their new home with several pit stops. Interestingly, alongside dazzling professional achievements, the couple has an equally championed real estate portfolio. So much so that they brought their second property when they were just 22. Let’s take a look.
Woodhall purchased a two-story home in Arkansas for $480,000 in early 2021. The attractive residence features a vaulted ceiling, brick fireplace, and open layout. Built in 2019, the three-bedroom home features 2.5 baths, a kitchen with stainless appliances, and a sweet deck by the front door. A deep soaking tub comes with the bathroom.
In September 2021, the couple invested in an income-generating home. It was purchased by an LLC connected to the couple for $460,000. The three-bedroom home in Fayetteville currently serves as a short-term vacation rental. But the couple put it back on the market in 2022 with a list price of $520,000. Since then, it’s bounced on and off and is currently listed for $530,000, being pending sale.

Clean contemporary lines fill the open-concept downstairs space. Polished concrete floors, quartz countertops, and a cute back patio with a small piece of lawn complete the look of the house. Not only houses, but they have a piece of land to their name as well.
When the Woodhalls seek some solitude, they probably head over to their 7-acre parcel. It looks to be a site for future development. The couple purchased the plot of land in 2022 for $419,500, scoring a discount on the list price of $500,000. The land abuts a new park in town as well as a big system of mountain biking and running trails. A pond is also there in the property. The list does not end here.
Just minutes from the University of Arkansas, the Woodhalls snagged a property in late 2021 for $260,000.Originally built in 1971, the petite home is the perfect perch for students or first-time homebuyers. It features three bedrooms, two baths, and a bevy of upgrades. Updates included a new roof, updated HVAC, fresh carpets, and new blinds. It comes with Ring security and a Nest thermostat. The couple also has their hands on a home, built even before this one.
It’s a 1955-built property that the couple purchased in 2021 for $240,000. This home appeared on the couple’s popular YouTube channel, where they documented the transformation of the exterior. It’s a two-bedroom home with hardwood floors and new carpet line the rooms, including a third bonus space that could be used for sleeping. The lot is large here, and there’s a carport plus extra parking in the rear.
