The ongoing track and field Olympic Trials have been nothing short of thrilling. But Hayward Field received a special treat when Snoop Dogg made a surprise appearance on the track. The Olympics and the legendary rapper sure do make an unlikely pair, but they are kindred spirits. The two go way back! Snoop has previously graced the Tokyo Summer Games along with Kevin Hart. Their synergy and hilarious commentary became the cynosure of all eyes.

The rapper was there to support the athletes and ran in a 200m exhibition race. Snoop Dogg spent time with Noah Lyles, Ato Boldon, Sha’Carri Richardson and Wallace Spearmon during his visit. But one track and field star missed out on meeting the legend. World Championships bronze medalist Deanna Price was looking forward to speaking to Snoop. But that didn’t stop Price from letting the rapper know how she feels! And she came up with a zany offer as well.

She then states, “I’m just like, I’m telling you, Snoop Dogg, if you ever meet me, I’ll pick you up, I’ll carry you.” Throughout the snippet, Price is unable to hold back the glee of being in the same vicinity as Snoop Dogg.

She finally exclaims, “Wherever you want to go, not a problem. Piggyback! I’ll pick you up like a baby, wherever you’re at. I got you! I love you, I think you’re amazing! And I hope I get to meet you!” Price elaborated how just a glimpse of the rapper brought back several memories of her and her husband.
