The list of accomplishments of Kadence Wilson is indeed quite long. Wilson’s prowess shone brightly in the indoor competition with her extraordinary performance in the 400 meters. At the ECAC Indoor Championships held in March 2023, Wilson clocked an impressive timing of 56.00 seconds in the indoor 400 meters. While in the EAAC Indoor Championships 2024, Kadence clocked 56.04 seconds in a 400-meter dash and ended in the fifth position.

Wilson also blazed through the track in the indoor 500-meter category and solidified her position as a track and field star crossing the finish line in an impressive time of 1:15.70. Not remaining content with just these stellar performances, she also stunned fans in the long jump. She soared to a distance of 5.45 meters at the Sykes & Sabock Invitational in February 2023.

Pushing the boundaries of athleticism, she also stepped outdoors and clocked a time of 55.56 seconds in a 400-meter race in April 2023. Adding a cherry to the cake, she was a part of the 2023 Sun Belt All-Conference Third Team in the 4×400-meter relay and ranked as one of the top performers.

Young Kadence lighting up the tracks with blazing brilliance

As a freshman during the 2022-23 outdoor track season, Kadence Wilson played as the opening leg runner for the third-place 4×400-meter relay team at the Sun Belt Championships. The next year as a sophomore, Kadence secured a place in the podium several times. She secured a second-place finish in the 400-meter dash at the Oceanfront Invitational and also won in the 400-meter relay and long jump. In her junior year, she emerged as the regional champion in the 300-meter hurdle and an outdoor state runner-up in the 400m in 2021.
