Last year had witnessed Shericka Jackson in the National Stadium of Kingston flared up for her seasonal debut. The occasion was the Queen’s/Grace Jackson Meet. Eventually, the Meet also had some of the best native competitors in Crystal Sloley, Deneka Thomas facing the Jamaican in the 400m event. Before the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix, the meet organizers had set it as the perfect practice ground for the 200m World champion. However, this time before the Glasgow World Indoor Championship, the same notation came into being.
Some late decisions from Shericka Jackson evaporated the situation this time. Having said so, the decision of the late move is still unknown, but it already flexed a repeating manner from the track and field royalty.

In the same X-post, Owen M added a reminder that Shericka also missed the JAAA PUMA Fuller/Anderson Development Meet from earlier this month. At that time, the conjuring factor was in Shericka’s version as she felt under the weather. That time as well, the 60m event was in the roster of the legendary Jamaican to appear with her MVP teammates. But at the last moment, she kept an off from the event. Despite that, in the Olympic year, Shericka Jackson holds the upper hand over her competitors in her events.
