As one of the most promising young athletes in the track and field discipline, his choice of outfits garners attention and appreciation, further solidifying his status as a rising star in both spheres. Taking his showmanship further, Lyles recently turned into a fashion critic.

Being an American athlete, Noah commented on Russian Olympic attire. A clip posted on the Instagram handle of yahoosports, Noah about team Russia’s outfit in the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, said, “It’s a good pattern, because it’s the Olympic rings, but it’s too Olympic-y. This isn’t– this has nothing to do with Russia.” A few admirers were amused and even praised his cheeky dig at an opponent. In the clip, Noah Lyles rated other countries as well. He said about Team USA 2004 Athens, “OK. I don’t know. I do like a cape. This is definitely 2004. It’s giving, like, everybody could go and give a free style at any moment.”

About Team USA 2021, Noah Lyles said, “You know, I wasn’t the biggest fan of ’21. I feel it was a little too simple.” For Team Italy 2021 Tokyo, he exclaimed he didn’t know why, but every time it makes him think of a pizza looking at the center logo. He is not a fan of the tie-dye. He said that Britain in the year 2012 was so beautiful. All the golden details are really beautiful. The white was lovely. “The game plan has always been to transcend the sport… I’m not just known as a track guy—I’m a watch guy as well.
