Hobbs Kessler?s triumph is so much more than just one race win. His journey throughout 2023 has been filled with tons of uncompromising hard work and achievements, solidifying his spot as one of America’s most talented runners. At the Boston University, John Thomas Terrier Classic, Kessler showcased his skill over longer distances with a solid time of 7 minutes and 39 seconds in the 3000 meters. Even though he came in 6th place, it was an impressive run that suggested a potential for greatness.
In the 1500 meters, he managed to secure third place with an astonishing time of only 3 minutes and 32.61 seconds at the USATF Los Angeles Grand Prix in June 2023. Then once again he demonstrated his talent against the nation?s best athletes, this time at the USA Championships in Eugene, Oregon. As if his previous performances weren?t enough to make people?s eyes turn, at this event he didn?t hold back either. Finishing up with 6th place, but still a time that stands out among by crossing the finish line at 3:36:08.
