Christian Coleman can turn into Noah Lyles‘ ultimate nemesis, despite being from the same team and competing alongside. Fresh off the World Athletics Championships 3x gold podium, Lyles faced a blow from Coleman in the Oregon Diamond League’s 100m dash. In fact, earlier in 2023, the 27-year-old edged out the reigning 200m champ at the Bermuda Grand Prix showdown as well.

But the former’s love for the threepeater was not exclusive. In a recent resurfaced video, a glimpse of Coleman calling someone else ‘impressive’ has stirred the internet significantly and it’s a phenom from the NFL realm whose 60M race turned his head.

Coleman has been making headlines since he’s among the top picks at the Millrose Games. But the NFL star Tyreek Hill had particularly captured his heart when he won at the USATF Masters Indoor Championships. Nicknamed ‘Cheetah’, he has garnered a love for being one of the fastest runners in the NFL realm. Interestingly, he secured the pole at the 60m heat, which Coleman is a reigning champion in. Just two days until he appears to defend his 3rd 60m title at the Millrose. But when Coleman opened up to Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show, his words went like “In my opinion it was impressive. Major respect for getting out there and actually running. I would say for a season opener, 6.70, I don’t know when’s the last time he actually ran. So, it’s pretty impressive to me.”

With he’d never beat me!!!”, the 27-year-old proved that he’s a force to be reckoned with. Outclassing his record wouldn’t be an easy task for any. But for Tyreek Hill, being a stellar sprinter, traces back to his childhood days. Let’s see how Hill, who had been compared with Usain Bolt, wasn’t an unexpected track favorite that day.
