Noah Lyles is a force to be reckoned with and he never fails to prove his prowess in the track. After a terrific 2023 season, he is gearing up for a phenomenal 2024 season. Lyles in 2023 was on the pinnacle of his vocation, with his dominance level in almost all the events he participated in. He gracefully claimed the triple title in the 2023 World Championships and is eyeing for the same dominance in 2024. More limber and lithe than he appears to be, as compared to the previous year, setting lofty benchmarks but also following through has been his natural corollary.

Noah Lyles is already amped up for the 2024 Indoor World Championship season and a lot of painstaking efforts are being put in as well. The track and field world is stunned after witnessing his recent training timings, all privy to the indomitable beast he is.

The 2024 track and field season is about to begin, and Noah Lyles is all set to smash this year’s records as well. He recently took to his X account and shared some numbers with his social media family, turning heads. He first shared a tweet that said, “We are about to get active today!” He thoroughly justified this tweet after sharing his training numbers in another tweet. 

He showcased his training regimen and added the timings he completed his laps in. He started with 250m, which he completed in 27.3 secs and then immediately covered a 100m in 10.9 secs. Lyles then took a 10-minute buffer to get his heart rate going. He further added, “250m- 26.5, 100m-11.5, 10min rest, 150m- 15.5, 100m- 11.0, 10 min rest, 4x60m – not timed”.

He posted these terrific stats of his sprinting workout, making his dominance for the 2024 season clear. With his eyes fixated on clinching the elusive gold, this workout puts him in good stead in attaining a win at the 60 m event in the world championships and a quadruple in the Paris, breaking his triple champion record.

Noah Lyles’ at a critical juncture ahead 

Noah Lyles is a sprinting sensation and does everything to justify this title. In the 2023 World Championships, he stood out from others by claiming three titles in 100m, 200m, and 4×100 relay. He is planning to go one step up for the Paris 2024 and land on his feet ever so swiftly.

Noah Lyles reveals that in the Paris Olympics 2024, he wants to try his hand at the 4x400m relay and bring home four gold medals this time. After Usain Bolt, Lyles is the first man to run three races and bring gold home in each of them. All of his fans and admirers are gazing at him with the hope this track and field season will witness his dominant performances in the 2024 events.
