Noah Lyles supporting Junelle Bromfield's therapy—Is this the kind of relationship we all need?

Junelle Bromfield is slowly getting back mojo to brush aside the negative vibes. Since her revelation of romantic involvement with Noah Lyles, days have turned into nightmares for the Jamaican athlete. After all, despite giving your country an Olympic medal, no athlete would want to be labeled as a ‘traitor’.

Sadly enough, Bromfield is being booed by the people of her own motherland. Expressing her love towards Lyles after he won the 100m men’s final in Paris, Bromfield got unimaginable hate for overlooking her own country. And guess who Lyles beat in order to win the gold? Kishane Thompson of Jamaica!

When Simone Clarke approached Junelle Bromfield for an interview session in Jamaica, she was dumbfounded. Bromfield did agree to do the interview, but not in Jamaica. Her petrified state of mind left Clarke heavily disturbed, leading her to address Bromfield’s mental situation online. Finally, the duo did seem to work up a date and the latest episode of the ‘Sim Soul Sessions’ dropped just hours ago.

Featuring Junelle Bromfield, the Jamaican seemed to be slowly coping with her dark times. Helping her see the light at the end of the tunnel is done by no one other than Noah Lyles. Speaking about her biggest support system, Bromfield stated on ‘Sim Soul Sessions’, “I have a strong support team around me now um my boyfriend Noah he’s very very supportive and he’s very big on mental health… don’t think am I crying in my sleep now.”

Surely, these were highly encouraging words coming from an athlete who has been through so much recently. Heaping praise on Lyles, Bromfield mentioned that the US sprinter is a firm believer that he must assure the mental well-being of not only his own but also of his team and family.

She further opined that it was Lyles’ confidence around her that made her mentally strong and allowed her to take the trolls in a sporting manner. Now, the fierce track-and-field rivalry between Jamaica and the USA has been a major contributing factor to Bromfield getting bashed by the Jamaicans. However, there is always a limit to how much fans can troll a particular athlete. For Bromfield, things seem to have crossed the limit!

The Jamaican speed star has been getting death threats. To give a context of how bad the situation is, Bromfield seems to have lost her trust and is fearful of entering her own country! Meanwhile, despite Lyles being an anchor to lean on for his girlfriend, the Olympic champion’s reaction to the trolls was quite strong.

He wrote, “I just want to say how incredibly proud I am of my GF and give her the flowers she deserves now 💐. She has been through so much in her life that I could never imagine fighting through. Beyond that she is a survivor, 2x Olympian, Olympic medalists, Multi world championship medalist, and has been representing Jamaica on the world stage since she was 8 years old.” But how did this start?

It all escalated from Noah Lyles making a lighthearted comment. The Olympic gold medalist once said that with Bromfield being his partner, Lyles gets valuable insights about the Jamaican track and field realm. Now, such a statement naturally did not sit well with the fans. They immediately responded with harsh words and ravaged Bromfield with ‘traitor’ accusations. But Noah?

Lyles immediately responded with some hard-hitting words, saying, “This woman has been attacked by people who have never met her, heard her name before, never seen her smile, or heard what she believes in. But she keeps moving forward knowing that God will always make a way. Thats why God keeps blessing her!” Stepping into some soul-soothing initiative, Lyles took her girlfriend to his hometown in Alexandria, Virginia.

Embracing Bromfield with a warm welcome, the town showered her with love and affection. Such an experience worked wonders for Bromfield, as she was awestruck by how quickly fans gathered around to greet them. Thus, finding solace in Noah Lyles, Junelle Bromfield is visibly taking some mature strides toward repairing her scarred mental health.
