Noah Lyles was a standout among the array of stars who not only made bold claims but also backed them with dedicated hard work and left a lasting impression.

His remarkable “three Peat” feat was a testament to this. Now, as the countdown to the Paris 2024 Olympics begins, Noah Lyles opens up about his greatest inspirations and gold-infused dreams ahead of this pinnacle event.

In a light-hearted segment with World Athletics called “Noah Lyles plays On The Cards,” Lyles sat down to answer some burning questions ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympics. When asked who his biggest inspiration was, he shared, “Yeah, I’d say my mom is my biggest role model. She’s by far done the most sacrifice for me to be in the position that I’m in today. So she’s definitely my biggest role model.” This isn’t the first time Lyles has shared the important role his mother, Keisha Caine, has played in his life.

Before his docu-seriesUntitled: The Noah Lyles Project was released, Lyles spoke highly of his mother on social media, writing, “I am always asked who my inspiration is and the answer is always my mom. I hope this DOCUSeries can show everyone why.” Apart from the wholesome words, Noah Lyles even shared his intriguing plans for the Paris 2024 Olympics.

On the “Noah Lyles plays On The Cards” segment by World Athletics, when the spotlight shifted to the impending Paris 2024 Games,  the 2023 World Champion, Noah Lyles, remarked how he aimed to win some gold medals. He also shared an incident where he discussed his goal of winning three gold medals at Paris 2024 with his friend. However, his friend threw a curveball, suggesting he should aim to win four gold medals.

Noah Lyles, taken aback, asked his friend how he would achieve this feat. In reply, his friend reminisced about how, back in high school, he would always outshine in 400m, 200m, 4x100m, and 4x400m events. Sharing his plan ahead, he stated that there was nothing left but to achieve this. As the 26-year-old gears up for the 2024 season, fans are optimistic that he will stay true to his bold claims and bring home not one but four Olympic gold medals for America from Paris.
