Noah Lyles’ absence from the Diamond League has turned the spotlight on a new personality that has gotten the track and field community in a frenzy! Letsile Tebogo, the Botswanan sprinter who won the Gold in 200m at the Paris 2024 Olympics has been keeping up his winning streak. He lit up the League tracks with a 19.55-second finish in the 200m at Zurich. The world is next set to see him at the finals in Brussels on September 13 and 14. But despite the upcoming killer race, Tebogo’s name has been the name on the headlines for other reasons!

One fan did not hold back and went on to say, “I didn’t realize he was MORE annoying than Noah Lyles.” Ouch! While some do see Lestsile Tebogo as a much-needed fresh face in sports. Others seem to be already in fatigue.
