36-year-old Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce is a name that is a force to be reckoned with even outside of the track and field circuits. The eight-time Olympic medalist isn’t done just yet and is rather getting ready for one last ride. At the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest, Fraser-Pryce finished on the podium despite competing with an injury. Her determination brought her one silver and a bronze medal at the tournament, and it looks like she’s hell-bent on getting her A-game back for the Olympics.

The 2019 PanAm Games gold medalist has confirmed that she will be running at the European capital next year. With the 2024 Paris Olympics being her last lap on the grandest stage, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce has shared BTS snippets of her, hard at work.

To make sure Jamaica goes into the 2024 Games armed with her best physical and mental fortitude, Shelly-Ann is spending more and more time in the gym to get back her best form. She is seen working out and becoming the best version of herself, in order to put up a solid fight come 2024.

In her latest Instagram post, Fraser-Pryce has given her fans a sneak peek into her stringent training regime. Accompanied by “My House” by Beyonce, the post shows how the five-time Diamond League winner Shelly-Ann is resolute about reclaiming her yard at the 2024 Olympics. Next year’s Games will be a spectacle for connoisseurs of the sport with American icons like Sha’Carri Richardson competing along with other international stars.

While the sprinter does have to make sure she achieves top speed, she also has to make sure her body can keep up with her indefatigable spirit till the end. Along with training hard, Fraser-Pryce’s son can also be seen in the video, making sure his mom ends her Olympic career on a high note.

Fraser-Pryce going all-in

Along with her imminent return to the track, Shelly-Ann also recently celebrated a major milestone of her philanthropic organization Pocket Rocket Foundation. She once again won the hearts of her fans by highlighting the admiration she has for soccer. Fraser-Pryce was also seen making bold statements on the red carpet at this year’s Milan Fashion Week.
