Long known to leave the venues with a new seasonal best, Holloway is yet to be impressed by himself.

His quest? an Olympic gold that he missed last time. However, amidst the busy track and field event days leading to US Team trials, Holloway expressed his interest in joining a popular weekly podcast.

Grant Holloway is undeniably among the best athletes in any event but how would you like him as a “Pivot podcast” host? Days after dominating the men’s 60m hurdles clocking 7.29 seconds in the Scottish capital-hosted World Indoor Champs, the 26-year-old shared the update on X.

His caption read, This is my 5th world title guys. 2nd person EVER to go back to back indoors. (I think) Only person to run under 7.3 Here is my 4th time asking to be a part of the  @thepivot podcast.. it’s getting outta hand at this point.. @FredTaylorMade@Realrclark25@OfficialCrowder.

The Pivot, offers viewers in-depth talks with A-list athletic celebrities, facilitating topical debates and giving witty quotes that often trend. This three-person podcast hosted by former NFL players—defensive back Ryan Clark, running back Fred Taylor, and linebacker Channing Crowder—has grown to be indispensable for fans of the league. It’s a must-listen for anyone looking for real viewpoints because of their genuineness.

Returning to the Glasgow World Indoor Track event, Holloway missed surpassing his own 7.27 world record by .02. Interestingly, he has been undisputed since losing as a sophomore in high school on March 16, 2014. Holloway has maintained an amazing unbeaten record in the indoor hurdles over nine years competing in more than 60 races continuing his win streak. However, it all seems not good enough as he changes his Olympic pursuit.

This summer, Holloway plans to make amends by attempting to win the Olympic 110-meter hurdles gold. “In Tokyo, I wasn’t on my A game, and it showed,” Grant told NBC Sport reflecting on an unsatisfactory finish that excluded the only significant outdoor from his stellar record. At the U.S. Olympic Trials in June, Grant will encounter fierce competition from other top athletes including Trey Cunningham, and Daniel Roberts. However, driven by his ambition to win gold, and hopes to continue his winning run might give him a motivational advantage.
