Athletics runs in Sydney’s blood! Sydney began running at a very young age. It is also the influence of her father, Willie. Willie competed in the 400m at the 1984 U.S. Olympic Trials. Not just that, her mother and brother were also track and field stars. Sydney however, has taken their legacy ahead in a way nobody could have imagined.
