Ending its last day, in Glasgow, Scotland, the World Indoor Championships has become a fiercer battle with huge stakes, as it paves the path for Paris Olympics 2024. Amidst the, 2020 Tokyo Olympic 200 m bronze medalist  Noah Lyle‘s unexpected participation controversy, another video clip from the World Indoor Championships rally race has flued up the USA Track & Field authorities’ neglectful behavior.

After the U.S.A. track and field athlete Fred Kerley’s disappointment post over the unfair decision by USATF for the ongoing track and field championship, as they allowed Noah Lyles to take part in the 4x400m relay in the event, which created a concerning situation, now a “Manhandling clip” from the WIC, leaving the fans disconcerted on social media.

The track incident at the World Indoor Championships raises concern

The recent post shared by the official page of the “Unconventional Voices of Track & Field”,  @VoicesofTnF, raised the fan’s disaffection over the USA Track & Field authorities’ biased action. They mentioned the post as “Wtf…is this official SERIOUS?! 👀🤯 The way he’s manhandling that athlete is completely unacceptable.😡 Imagine what must have been going through that Belgium 🇧🇪 athletes mind 😤😮‍💨 DO NOT TOUCH THE ATHLETES!”

It can be seen in the recent video, that a participant explosively pulled the Belgium track and field athlete to cross over him. It perplexed the athlete and hampered the time in the rally race at the World Indoor Championship in Glasgow, Scotland, which was really insufferable, as no legal action had been taken against the officials by the higher authorities, leaving fans annoyed.  Since the post surfaced on the internet, fans have been showing their annoyance over the manhandling act.

Fans question the official’s behavior

One of the fans commented “So many things wrong. We do not need officials for this. It’s hindering the athletes. Why should the Belgium athlete have to cross over that far to handoff? He messed up their handoff and more than likely their time as well”. Seeing the guy pulling the Belgium athlete from his Lane, yet another fan expressed his annoyance, mentioning the  comment as “Yeah, …cant believe he dragged that athlete from Lane 2 out there 😡 so bloody out of order!”

Yet another track and field enthusiast took to the comment section to express his frustration over this official action, writing “Maybe the officials shouldn’t all be 80+ years old.” Another fan joined the force, penning “I’m embarrassed- he did not follow WA protocol”. Fans expressed their desire for strict regulation of such actions.
