Could Noah Lyles's fearless nature make him a future star in the high-stakes world of Formula 1?

Gabby Thomas recently made a surprising statement about Noah Lyles, an athlete known for his fearless attitude on and off the track. As per Thomas, Lyles’ “fearless” mentality, which has pushed him to aim higher in life, might be his defining trait—even beyond sprinting. Why did Thomas hint that Lyles could be so good at something far away from his game?

Lyles has never settled for anything ordinary until now but always pushed himself to do something different from other fellow athletes. Whether his claims of breaking Usain Bolt’s records or his ability to take the sport to new records, there’s always a sense that he’s striving for something more. The question is still intact: Which special honor is Thomas talking about, and how does that relate to Noah Lyles’s fearless attitude?

Gabrielle Lisa Thomas, the track and field athlete, has sparked excitement in the track and field community with her statement about Noah Lyles. In an interview with GQ Sports, when asked to name an Olympic athlete you think would be the best F1 driver, without wasting time or having a second thought, Thomas said, “Noah Lyles would be a really good F1 driver as he is fearless.” This confidence not only shows Gabby’s trust in Lyles but also defines his ability to do wonders even beyond the sprinting.

It is evident to everyone that Noah Lyles never shied away from making daring statements or courageous goals, such as the desire to break Usain Bolt’s record in 100m and 200m events. Lyles has publicly admitted that being the fastest man in the world is the only milestone he wants to achieve, and this level of ambition is needed in Formula 1 racing.

Another incident where Gabby Thomsan’s fearless comment proves to be true is when, during the World Athletics Championships, Lyles sparked controversy with his remarks on the state of athletes. Noah Lyles stated, “I have to watch the NBA Finals and they have ‘world champion’ on their heads.“ World champion of what? The United States? “Don’t get me wrong. I love the US at times. But that ain’t the world. That is not the world – we are the world. There ain’t no flags in the NBA. There’s a whole world out there.” Lyles has a fearless attitude, and he says what he feels without any layering.
