The world’s fastest woman alive does it again. Elaine Thompson-Herah finds her way to the top at the Brussels Diamond League. The 31-year-old once again stood atop the podium with her stellar performance. Herah was running against the likes of Dina Asher-Smith and Tamara Clark, but the event was missed by 100-meter world champion Sha’Carri Richardson, who opted out of Brussels. The healthy rivalry between Richardson and Thompson-Herah has become the USP of the track and field world in the past few days.
It looks like Thompson-Herah is ready to roar on the track once again and can be a potential threat to Sha’Carri Richardson at the Prefontaine Classic. This five-time Olympics champion finished the heat in the blink of an eye and clocked a new best time.
