Noah Lyles is one track and field athlete who can be relied upon to deliver every time he steps into a competition. However, even the staunch fans were shocked by his historic feat at the World Athletics Championships. He walked out of the National Athletics Centre in Budapest with three new gold medals dangling around his neck. Recently, he showed those medals once more at the MetLife Stadium in front of excited NFL fans. For Lyles, this was enemy territory after his insulting “world champion” comment about the NBA superstars. But the track and field legend was not worried as he had the golden armor to protect him.
Following his brief appearance at the NFL game, he rushed back to his girlfriend Junelle Bromfield’s side. Recently, during his off-season shenanigans with her, Noah Lyles once again demonstrated his proclivity for competition with an all-too-familiar albeit iconic gesture.

Noah Lyles had raised three fingers and held them against his face with the tips touching his forehead. Although his face was half-hidden by a scarf, twinning with his girlfriend, Lyles’ eyes belied his thoughts. For those who don’t remember, the American sprinting ace has used the same gesture to celebrate his victories at the World Athletics Championships in Budapest. This time, he was using it to issue a challenge to his rivals, especially those from Jamaica.
