On September 20, 2023, the official account of NBC Olympics & Paralympics shared a heartwarming moment. This post was from the 2023 Diamond League final in Eugene, which features Noah Lyles making a young fan’s dream come true. The admirer, named Easton Dunn, held up a sign with a simple request on his poster for Noah Lyles’ track shoes. The post read, “How awesome is this?! In the same post, Dunn showcases that he shared his birthday with the track and field icon adding “#SameBirthday“. Lyles is not only known for his speed but also his generosity and bold moves. Before saying adieu to his impressive 2023 season, Lyles participated in the 2023 Prefontaine Classic Eugene. But the competition wasn’t a cakewalk for the young star. Although he gave his best he was only able to secure a 2nd-place finish. He finished the competition with 9.85 seconds and came behind Coleman who finished the race with a speed of 9.83 seconds.
