Amidst the jubilant celebrations and applause, six-time world champion Noah Lyles stepped forward. On the same thread, he declared, “he is HIM!“ throwing light on the fact that, at a mere 16 years, Quincy proved himself. Interestingly, Quincy not only broke the world record, but has also sparked speculations about his potential 2024 Paris Olympics debut.

With a staggering time of 45.76sec, Wilson’s remarkable sprinting skills even surpassed that of the world champion and world record holder, Usain Bolt, at a similar age. As he gears up for the upcoming 2024 Olympic Trials in Eugene scheduled in June, the prospect of him as a 4×400 relay team member looms large.

“I’ve looked up to them [other top American sprinters] for a long time, but now I think it’s my turn,” said Wilson in an interview with the team of Citius Mag. He added, “I hope I can make the [Olympic] team. I think I’ll go to the trials this summer.” Not only this, but the latter also aims to rewrite history as the youngest male Olympic gold medalist by breaking the current record of Bob Mathias.
