From the tracks to the dance floor, Noah Lyles proves he is a superstar in any arena. Known for his infectious energy, the track and field legend showed his exuberance for the start of the Prefontaine Classic 2023 in a unique manner. He treated the spectators to a Kevin Durant-style dance and built the atmosphere in the stadium. After wrapping up his incredible season, he traveled to Jamaica, where he once again unraveled his groovy moves on the dancefloor with his girlfriend, Junelle Bromfield. However, he isn’t the only track and field athlete who can cut a rug when the occasion calls for it.

Jamaican legend Elaine Thompson-Herah has been showing off her dance skills on the internet. In fact, she can?t stop herself from taking part in the TikTok Rum Behaviour dance challenge. However, while she looked like she was having fun, it was part of the sprinter?s Olympic game plan.

The five-time Olympic champion participated in the popular trend, wearing a pair of leggings, sneakers, and a long-sleeved top. In another video on Instagram, she wore a black ensemble while she enjoyed Kraff’s electrifying song. She captioned the Instagram videos, “Challenge yourself each day Dance therapy My crazy therapist in the back learning”. As evident in the videos, Elaine Thompson-Herah was having fun with the music and waited for it to build before breaking out into energetic dance moves. Humorously, her therapist also videobombed her and danced in the background.

However, it was not all fun and games for the sprinter, as the dance routine is part of her well-thought-out plan. Thompson-Herah has been suffering from a painful Achilles foot condition that keeps her from training on the tracks for too long. She also had to miss the World Athletics Championships to give her body a much-deserved rest. Dancing is the only way that she can give herself the exercise to stay in shape. Although not as proficient a dancer as Noah Lyles, Thompson-Herah has stuck to her routine. As such, her fans have shown love to her charming self on social media while criticizing her dance moves.
