Usain Bolt, the legendary Olympic sprinter, was recently devastated by a scam. The scammer, a local investment company called SSL, took all of Bolt’s life savings. After the shocking news hit him, Bolt has, since then, posted a series of tweets and other social media updates that are representative of the blow that he is currently facing.

The most recent social media update from the sprinter came in the form of two Instagram stories that can be understood as Bolt trying to cope with the music he choreographed last year.

Usain Bolt reposted the post from Bloomberg Business on his Instagram story. The post reads, “Usain Bolt lost $12 million of life savings in scam, lawyer says.” This scam news has had a buzz in the sports world. He also adds his music number, Cryptic World that plays in the story. The sprinter has a deep message for his fans while he is going through tough times.

Three months ago, Usain Bolt and NJ sang Cryptic World which was produced by A-Team Lifestyle. In his recent Instagram story, the song lines shared were, “Times are getting Dread, Earth is Running Red, It’s a Cryptic World It is design to stress your Head, See the Juveniles a Dead, and The Hungry nah get Fed, Leaders abuse the System left we in Misery.”

As far as the numbers go, Bolt has lost nearly $12 million to the scammers. However, Bolt is not alone in this. His legal team has given the scammers a ten-day window to identify themselves and rightfully return the money. Post this, his legal team will lawfully interrogate the matter.

Cloud of uncertainties taking grip of Usain Bolt’s life

Usain Bolt’s savings are all gone, and the scammer is still off the radar of the officials. Stocks and Securities Limited (SSL) which was acting as a wealth advisor with the help of an internal employee of the company, has currently looted the finances from over 30 other people. Usain Bolt happens to be one among them.

The Financial Services Commission (FSC) has already claimed SSL as a fraud organization, and the government is yet to take action. The total amount of money that has been wired to the scammer currently stands at a total of $1.2 billion.
