Swimming legend Michael Phelps’s amazing speed and incredible strokes in the pool have mesmerized the swimming world. He is one of the most decorated Olympians in history with a total of 28 Olympic medals. Even after he retired from competitive swimming, his records serve as a testament to his historical domination. The emerging swimming stars are now giving their best efforts to outdo Phelps’ records. Among these, the popular name includes that of the 2016 Rio Olympics champion in 100m and 200m backstroke, Ryan Murphy.
At the 2016 Summer Olympics, Murphy was part of the 4x100m relay gold-winning team alongside virtuoso Michael Phelps. Currently, as a backstroke expert representing the United States of America, he ranks among the all-time greatest swimmers.
