Will Leon Marchand dominate the 2024 Swimming World Cup and cash in big time?

“I think you’ll see in the World Cups that he’ll play with different events and see what happens,” Bob Bowman expressed his hopeful outlook regarding his mentee, Leon Marchand. The veteran coach has ample reason to be optimistic; he knows the incredible potential his French student possesses in the pools. The swimming world is starting to take notice too, especially after Marchand’s stunning performances during the recent NCAA swimming season and the Paris Olympics. Thankfully, just 11 weeks after his heroics in Paris, Marchand is set to make his return to competitive swimming.

According to the latest updates, the Frenchman will be joined by other prominent swimmers like Kate Douglass, Kaylee McKeown, Thomas Ceccon, and Pan Zhanle as they head to the Swimming World Cup 2024. The first leg of this exciting championship will take place in Shanghai from October 18 to 20 this year. With a lucrative prize pool up for grabs, the championship promises significant rewards for the competitors. In fact, not just the top three, but many participants have the chance to earn a substantial sum at each stop.
