Swimming sensation, Katie Ledecky, needs no introduction. She is also known as the “female Michael Phelps” because of her significant Olympic career. Ledecky has won seven Olympic gold medals and also has 19 world championship gold medals, the most in history for a female swimmer. When she was just 15 years old during the 2012 London Olympics, she managed to pull off a gold medal. Astonishing, but it was just the start of her dominance over the sport.

Katie Ledecky recently posted about cooking on her Instagram story. It looks like one of the most decorated women Olympian is also showcasing her talent in cooking.

Katie Ledecky’s decorated Olympic career

Katie Ledecky was the youngest member of the U.S. Olympic swimming team at just 15 years old at the 2012 London Olympics. Not only did she win the gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics, but she also broke the American record that had stood since 1989.

After the 2012 London Olympics, it was expected that Ledecky would be stronger during the 2016 Rio Olympics. She did prove herself by winning four gold medals. As it was a tough competition between her and Sarah Sjostrom.
