Ariarne Titmus is likely single at the moment, as there hasn’t been any official confirmation of a relationship. However, since 2022, rumors have been circulating that the swimmer is dating Melbourne Storm fullback Ryan Papenhuyzen.

According to the Herald Sun, Titmus and Papenhuyzen were seen together on Turnbull Stakes Day at Flemington in September 2022, adding fuel to the fire about their relationship. But before rumors about Papenhuyzen surfaced, he had just split from his girlfriend of three years, Magpies netballer Kelsey Browne.

Before being linked to Titmus, Papenhuyzen was dating Kelsey Browne but ended his three-year relationship with the Magpies netballer around the same time the Titmus rumors started. But Titmus and Papenhuyzen stayed quiet and didn’t address the speculations.

Was Ariarne Titmus in a relationship with fellow Australian swimmer Kyle Niesler?

Ariarne Titmus and Kyle Niesler have been romantically linked since 2020. In February 2022, they were spotted enjoying time at the Holey Moley Golf Club. Titmus shared a photo of them arm in arm jokingly saying, “Can confirm I’m the superior putt putter,” accompanied by a heart emoji and a wink.

In 2021 during their visit, to Noosa, in Queensland there was a display of their bond which Titmus referred to as a perfect little getaway.” They seemed happy as they documented and posted snapshots of their time.

In April of 2021 Niesler, who was a swimmer, from Queensland and almost made it to the Tokyo Games shared lovely pictures commemorating their first year together. They frequently shared photos on Instagram to demonstrate their bond. Despite displaying affection for each other Titmus has consistently kept her romance, with Niesler out of the eye.

It has been three years since that time. Titmus has not publicly discussed her relationship status suggesting that she may not be, with Niesler anymore.

Regardless, the Olympics is what she wants to focus on. She was expected to face competition from Katie Ledecky. Titmus, known for her victory over Ledecky in the 400-meter freestyle at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and holding a world record, is determined to defend her championship. But wait…

Update on 08-09-2024: Ariarne Titmus had a standout performance at the Paris 2024 Olympics by winning the gold medal in the 400-meter freestyle and silver in both the 200-meter and 800-meter races. And then in the 4×200 meters relay event where they set a record.

Well, in Paris, Titmus claimed victory in the 400-meter race, with Ledecky finishing third to take the bronze medal. However, in the 800-meter event, Ledecky emerged triumphant with a gold medal despite Titmus setting an Oceania record.

She also praised Ledecky, saying, “I totally respect what she’s done in this sport… she’s made me a better athlete.” After taking, two gold medals and two silver medals in Paris Olympics, she’s ready for a well-earned rest
