Phelps’ mantra to stay healthy
In the conversation hosted by WHOOP, Justin and Phelps talk in great length about what it takes to be the best of the best. The duo talks about how they used to do all “these things to allow ourselves the chance and the opportunity to perform at the highest level.”
Having officially retired from the pool, Phelps says, “I used to live such a regimented life; now it’s trying to figure out what works for me.” To retain fitness, one requires a wholesome approach. The swimming GOAT revealed that the stories about how he used to eat 10,000 calories were real.
