Jessica disclosed some interesting facts about her on her leap year birthday in a recent clip. “I am Jessica Long. My sport is Paralympic swimming. I’m from Baltimore, Maryland. A fun fact that I always use is that I’m a leap year baby, so I will turn 8 years old on February 29th, and I cannot wait.”
Like many other “leaplings”, Paralympic swimming star Jessica Long showcased her exhilaration on her leap day birthday. She was born on February 29, 1992, now she is celebrating her “8 years” birthday. Jessica Long is one of the legendary leapsters who could not keep calm as February 29, 2024, marks her 8 leap day. She counted her major triumphs and unfolded her favorite things apart from swimming on this day.

Jessica Long also emphasized her achievements as leapers her by saying, “ I’ve competed in 5 Paralympic Games. Athens, Beijing, London, Rio, and Tokyo. Okay, so I’ve won 29 medals. 16 are gold. I don’t even know the rest. I truly don’t. 8 silver? 5 bronze? I don’t know. I count the gold.” She is one of the most decorated Paralympic swimmers who clinched more than 50 world championship medals.

Besides elaborating on her notable achievements, the 32-year-old also talked about her plan for the coming summer Olympics 2024, as she is looking to get a cute designer bag in Paris. Additionally, Long also revealed the French word that she knows is “Croissant”. She continued to disclose about her hobby and when asked about her favorite thing which she loves to do instead of swimming she divulged that she loves “taking a hot bath”.
She also revealed the advice that she prizes the most, “my mom was always right,” she added. Besides that, Jessica Long conveyed that her favorite color is “olive green”. She is obsessed with Ava Max, an American singer and songwriter, “I cannot get enough. She’s like my pump-up song before I walk out, too,” she added. Apart from that she also revealed her favorite snacks and pickles on the special day.
