“Don’t Know We’d Do Without You”: Michael Phelps’ Wife Makes a Heartfelt Tribute to Her Olympian Sister

While Michael Phelps’s wife Nicole absolutely loves the swimming legend, the inclusion of another swimming member in their family has made her life more delightful. Ten-time Olympic medallist Allison Schmitt shares an extremely close relationship with Phelps and his family, and also lives in their house.

Hence, in her recent Instagram post, Schmitt shared some moments from January 2023, which also included the Phelps family. Nicole shared the post on her story with a wholesome message.

Phelps and Schmitt share a sibling-like relationship. Hence, in one of her latest Instagram posts, the famous US swimmer shared some ‘cute’ pictures of herself featuring Phelps and Nicole’s children, and others. Phelps’s wife was quick to comment on the post and poured some love for Schmitt. However, Nicole did not just stop there. She then shared the post on her Instagram story with a caption, “I don’t know what we’d do without you half the time🥹”

For the past few months, Schmitt has been spending her time at the former Olympian’s house and sharing her downtime with the lovely family. Like her husband, Nicole too has grown close with Schmitt and appreciates her company. Hence she also added, “Thx for the help #wife🤭”

Phelps and Nicole have known each other since 2009 when the couple first started dating. Throughout Phelps’s ‘golden’ career, Nicole always stood by the swimmer’s side.

Once during an interview, ‘The Baltimore Express’ openly thanked his wife for supporting him and keeping his family together. Phelps loves his kids deeply, and hence, when he had to bid them adieu for several days, he used to be extremely overwhelmed. However, it was Nicole, who wisely handled the kids and made them understand the situation.

Without his wife’s support, Phelps would have faced more difficulties in becoming the Olympic GOAT. While Nicole fulfilled her supportive partner duties well, seems like Allison Schmitt is now helping her enjoy some downtime by taking care of the kids, on her account.
