He further added, “This loss will affect everyone in our school family and in the Washington Community. … I know you join me in extending our heartfelt condolences to the student?s family. On Sunday, the teenage group ventured out for a day of fun & recreation. Little did they know this fun was meant only to face an unforeseen tragedy. Logan Smith’s fateful outing with friends took a twist as he went missing while swimming.

Yet, despite the best efforts, the family lost their young boy life.
