“Would Make an Effort to Protect Her”: Despite Heated Feud With Ex Jonah Hill, Surfing Icon Sarah Brady Drops ‘Heartfelt’ News for His Baby Mother

The most eminent disputation in the surfing world currently is the one involving the professional surfer Sarah Brady. Recently, Brady shared some disturbing insights about her relationship with the famous actor Jonah Hill. The couple was first linked together in the year 2021. They split up a year later, in 2022. After their separation, Jonah Hill started dating Olivia Millar, and together, they welcomed a child on June 1, 2023.

Sarah Brady, who is also an activist by profession, largely stayed silent during the subsistence of their relationship. However, she has now decided to speak up about the same and released some chats of herself and the actor on her social media. The timing of this move has been put into question by some. Hence, today, she took to Instagram to clarify her take on the situation.

The surfing pro wants to protect Hill’s partner

When Sarah Brady shared her side of the story, she was met with criticism and support. Those criticizing her mainly contended against her motive to share the conversations a year after the relationship ended. Today, the surfer shared two voice notes on her Instagram stories. Her viewpoint was, “I’m not trying to like slander someone’s reputation. I’m literally sharing their own words.”

And when it comes to the answer to the question, why is she speaking up now? She said, “Like, I didn’t want her to have to see all of this while she was pregnant because I didn’t know what kind of stress that would cause on her and her baby, like, physically and everything.” According to the voice notes she shared, Sarah Brady simply wanted the news of what she allegedly suffered through in the relationship to somehow reach Jonah Hill’s current partner, Olivia Millar. Brady revealed her wish, that “she would receive some of these screenshots” and Brady and Hill’s common friends would help Millar and ” would make an effort to protect her.”

Another reason that she gave for waiting till Olivia Millar delivered her baby, and then revealing her experience with Jonah Hill was so that Millar and the baby are “physically not impacted” by her “sharing this sh*t”. Additionally, she wanted to help Millar make an “informed decision” about how she moves forwards to care for herself and the baby. During this entire controversy, Jonah Hill has been conspicuously silent about all the claims made by Sarah Brady against him.

How it all began

The claims of Brady are, according to what she has shared on her social media, largely based on the fact that Jonah Hill was not comfortable with certain aspects of her career and the way she dressed. Sarah Brady revealed that she felt “manipulated” and experienced a lack of freedom during her time with Jonah Hill. The ‘Wolf of Wall Street’ actor and his current girlfriend, have both not commented on the entire situation.

When Sarah Brady started sharing the screenshots on her social media, she added that the same was a warning to other women. She revealed that she was not comfortable with the “boundaries” that Jonah Hill set during their relationship, and had to speak out as it was affecting her mental health. Sarah Brady has spoken her piece in front of the world, only time will tell how Jonah Hill reacts to the same.
