A twenty-five-year-old man lost his life in a tragic shootout on Sunday in Hawaii. The place has become the epicenter of undue vigilante justice with the presence of a gang called the ‘WolfPak’. This group enforces its rules utilizing fear and fists, which have resulted in many violent scuffles. They have made many enemies over the years but did not expect their reign of terror to take the life of one of their own.

Makani Alexander was the son of famous Hawaii enforcer Kala Alexander, who founded the WolfPak. The young man was out with friends in Haleiwa on Sunday night when a bullet was fired at him. What ensued was chaos and shrieks of agonizing pain as Makani’s friends scrambled for help.

The traumatic incident took place on Sunday at exactly 11:57 p.m. According to reports, Makani was given CPR at the scene of the crime, but he remained unconscious. Thereafter, the emergency medical personnel brought him to the local hospital, where the doctors tried to revive him. Despite all the efforts, Makani Alexander passed away at 12:35 a.m.

As reported by Hawaii News, due to the high-profile status of the victim, his identity was not disclosed to the public initially. The police have been investigating the case silently until they were forced to reveal his name owing to the local community?s outcry.?

So far, the shooter has not been identified. Information about what led to this incident isn’t known.

The Houston Police Department is working round the clock to give justice to the deceased?s family. They have classified the death as an unattended death and promised to answer the community?s questions. Grief and shock have descended on this once-vibrant surfing community.?

Kala Alexander, the father, is also an actor who worked on projects like ‘Blue Crush’ and ‘Forgetting Sarah Marshal’. In 2007, he also starred in ‘The 808’- a reality TV show about the WolfPak and the North Shore.
