Well, luckily, Hamilton himself has come to everyone’s rescue as he recently revealed his diet before heading for a big surfing day. Here is a diet that will take you one step closer to the famous surfer.

Recently, Men’s Health did a candid interview at Laird Hamilton’s residence where the veteran surfer shared his diet and training routine with the fans. Although, when asked about what he ate before a big surfing day, he had an interesting answer. “I’m pretty consistent with what I have in the morning. Whether it’s a big activity day or not, I just look at every day as a big activity day,” replied Hamilton. The Hawaii native finally let his surfing fans in on the dietary habits that helped him hit those huge waves.

Hamilton imparted, “Lately, I’ve been consuming quite a bit of raw eggs, and then I’ll go into a bunch of fats with a bunch of coffee. On a big surf day, I might have a couple of extra cups of espresso, and then I’m rolling.”

In the past as well, Hamilton stressed the importance of fats in his diet and revealed that it was a powerful source of energy for him. Besides, he had also disclosed his fitness routine, which was rather simple than one would have expected.

Once, the legendary surfer revealed that the reason behind his ripped body was a healthy routine that includes – food, hydration, and quality sleep. First thing in the morning, Hamilton makes sure that he hydrates himself well after eight hours of sleep, has a good shower, and then carries on with his day.
