Recently, Avalon Beach’s stunning 21 Marine Parade house made headlines for its whopping selling price and oceanfront positioning.

On May 25, a report about the plush Marine Parade house’s beautiful interiors and perfect positioning at the beachside, took the internet by storm. So what does the three-storied house look like from the inside?

The surf break-facing house, designed by Sandy Parsonage, is an 1150 sq m dream abode. Bordering North Avalon’s surf break, the property is a six-bedroom, four-bathroom house at Avalon Beach. Moreover, the interior designer has sold the house for $10.5 million to the Simoni family.

According to realestate.com.au LJH agent David Edward who listed the house for sale, revealed that Marine Parade is among the 10 other lavish properties that have the same surf-break view in that area. He described the $10.5 million house as a mansion with “three elegant levels” with several vantage points at the residence. Moreover, the entire property is covered with vistas of the beautiful Avalon Beach. The stunning property is topped with a lush green terrace. Edward also stated that Marine Parade’s listing is an exclusive one situated at the Northern Beaches.

Beachfront houses are owned by some of the biggest surfers. Three-time world champion, Mike Fanning who owns a beachfront lavish mansion in Bilinga, Queensland, gave fans a chance to holiday at his place last year.

In his successful surfing career, Mike Fanning amassed great wealth. Hence, in 2011, he bought a beachfront block for $3 million. Later on in 2022, Fanning hired the Three Birds renovation company, to refurbish his property with a modern touch. After the renovation, Fanning decided to put his property up for holiday rentals.

The revamped beachfront property currently has seven bedrooms between the main house and guest cottage, with double recycled-timber doors, a home gym, a sauna, a table tennis room, and a yoga room. The extravagant house has a jaw-dropping 180-degree beach view with a resort-style deck.
