Onlookers who witnessed a kite surfer struggling in the waters near the Green Mountains of Vermont in America experienced one such moment. A newsfeed named WCAX gave all details of the prompt action to rescue the kite surfer.
WCAX reported how the onlookers witnessing the kite surfer struggle, called the emergency services. Describing the efforts of various departments to execute the rescue operation near the eastern coast of the waters, WCAX elaborated on the kite surfer’s version of events after the courageous rescue by the emergency crew.
A kite surfing incident that caused massive apprehension
WCAX issued a public statement, “A kite surfer was saved this evening after he was assisted out of the water Saturday afternoon after crashing into Lake Champlain.” Further, the newsfeed elaborated, “Emergency crews were called near the Burlington waterfront area after witnesses say they saw a kite surfer lose elevation and land in the lake.”

Sharing a YouTube video of his unfortunate experience, Mac Donald related, “I crashed the Boogie Loop which is a trick I’ve probably performed a thousand five hundred times, and I fractured my T3 vertebra in my back.” A boogie loop is a stunt that involves multiple spins in the air before landing on the waves. However, this is not all.
Further, Mac Donald explained that he had a compression fracture and implied that he also had lung injuries and hairline fractures. Continuing, Mac Donald told fans through his Youtube video that he couldn’t attempt kite surfing for six weeks after this incident.
