Initially, in the video, Kim was seen trying to teach the newbie how to climb down the mountain. However, when the new snowboarder failed to keep her balance, Kim took matters into her own hands. Gently asking the rookie to remove her snowboard, Kim gave her a piggyback ride to the bottom of the mountain.
Picking up the neophyte, Chloe Kim said, “This is easy. Light work.” Once everyone was back to a safer state of affairs, the rookie found out that the one who helped her was an Olympic gold medalist. Overwhelmed and grateful for the kind gesture, she ran and hugged Kim. Returning the hug, Kim said, “I was just trying to help.” Kim’s brave gesture once again proved that she is a girl with a golden heart.
