“Should Have Stuck With Modeling”: Shaun White Shares an Adorable Childhood Picture on Brother’s Birthday

Shaun Roger White is the youngest of three siblings. Recently, the snowboarder posted a story on his Instagram profile wishing his elder brother Jesse, on his birthday. Before being the brand director of Burton, a snowboarding company, Jesse White was a snowboarder too. Though Shaun White has announced his retirement from the sport, it was Jesse who taught young Shaun how to snowboard at the age of five.

In his recent story, Shaun White shared a glimpse of his childhood with his brother Jesse. The flying tomato also joked about the career path the brothers should have stuck with, in the story.

Shaun White posts a story for his elder brother

On 20th January, White posted two stories on his Instagram profile to wish his elder brother on his birthday. The first one was a picture of the two brothers with Shaun White clinging to his “big guy” while wishing him “happy birthday” and reminding Jesse White how much he loves him in the caption.

However, it was the second story where the Olympic gold medalist let his humorous side take over. In the photo, the brothers looked dapper on a stage with both hands in their pockets. Adding a caption to the story, Shaun White wrote, “Happy birthday @get_rude We should have stuck with modeling…🤦🏻‍♂️” Going by White’s caption, it is safe to say that the photo was taken during a fashion show the two boys had participated in, in the past.

The boys used to do various activities together as kids, like snowboarding and fashion shows. Though the two brothers don’t get to spend as much time together, ‘The Egg’ still is as close as ever to his best friend a.k.a his brother Jesse.

Pushing his limits in Antarctica

Post his retirement, the Olympic gold medalist has embarked on a different kind of adventure at the south pole. ‘Future Boy’ is currently vacationing in Antarctica with his girlfriend Nina Dobrev. White has been constantly updating his fans about the crazy activities he is trying now that he has the time and leisure to do so.

From running in the pool to swimming in the ice-cold water, White is up for just about every challenge right now. He posted a video on his profile, performing a risky stunt in the water. But despite jumping in the water wearing nothing more than a pair of trunks, White came out seemingly unaffected by the cold.
