One of the world’s greatest ski racer Lindsey Vonn might have retired but she still has a deep connection with the ice slopes. The four-time overall World Cup champion has a knack for creating records even after retirement. A week ago, Vonn made history by skiing on the world’s most toughest downhill course, Streif in Kitzbühel. The skiing legend shared the full video on her Instagram today and wished she could do it all over again.

Amongst many of Lindsey Vonn’s records, her recent one in Streif will go down in history as the first woman to ski the legendary ice slope. Moreover, the video she shared captures her emotions before and after finishing skiing. It gives her a great sense of achievement.

Lindsey Vonn’s latest video is the epitome of sheer daring and talent. The 38-year-old successfully skied the treacherous Streif in Kitzbühel, Austria, which is a 3,312-meter pass.

In the video, Vonn looks absolutely fierce skiing through the world’s notorious skiing course. She shared the extended version of it on Instagram, expressing that she wished to do it all over again, “Wish I could do it again… here’s the long form video. More artistic and sets the stage for the whole project. I personally love the race drone shots in my other videos but this is pretty cool too. LMK what you think! 💪🏻❤️”

The Streif skiing course is considered the most dangerous in the world because it starts at a height of 1,665 meters with an 860-meter vertical drop and is accompanied by a sudden jump. Many believe that it is not easy to ski on this particular course even in the daytime. But Vonn made it glorious because she is the first woman to ski in The Strief at night.
