The warm words of the athlete made waves, especially a candid confession for her teammate, Paula Moltzen. Despite initial setbacks, she couldn’t recover, trailing Vlhova by +1.19 and securing third place. While Moltzan’s performance might not shine statistically, Shiffrin took charge to give a big shout-out to the 29-year-old athlete, highlighting the impressive story behind the athlete.

Shiffrin faced unexpected challenges in her pursuit of a sixth all-around women?s title in the 2023/24 World Cup series. Rather than dwelling on the loss, Shiffrin acknowledged the impressive performance of her competitors, especially Behrami, and found inspiration in their achievements.
