55-year-old skateboarding legend Tony Hawk has shown the world the art of sliding on the weirdest ramps. His agility and daring nature have never failed to amaze skateboarding enthusiasts. However, not always has the skateboarder effortlessly managed to perform on the ramps. Hawk’s iconic collaboration with Manramp in 2020 was one of the moments in his life that gave him chills.
Yesterday, the official page of the world’s scariest skateboarders, Worble shared a clip of Tony Hawk’s conversation with singer Lil Wayne. In that conversation, Hawk discussed his experience of collaborating with Manramp on Worble World.
Tony Hawk could never have missed the collab with Manramp

Hawk, who is famous for skateboarding on the scariest and most challenging ramps in the world, had to skate with Manramp too. The latter is supremely famous for making skaters perform on a small wooden platform. While laying on the ground, he holds the ramp in his hands, inviting skateboarders to slide on it. So, how could Tony Hawk not take up this challenge?

In 2020, Birdman and Manramp collaborated on an epic experience. That year, the latter came to the former’s famous Birdhouse Ramp to fulfill the challenge. The duo shot their skateboarding shenanigans in a video. The interview shared that video in which the Manramp was seen holding his small ramp at different places at Hawk’s giant ramp. Nevertheless, the skateboarder could smoothly manage to skate on Manramp’s ramp no matter at what height he was.
However, the experience was not as smooth as it seemed to be. Hawk expressed his undertaking in the video. He shared, “Those were the scariest re-entries I’ve ever had. I had to trust him with that thing over the coving. It took me a while to really like get in there but I did it.”
Although Hawk has managed to overcome every challenging ramp of his life, he has also had to face the brunt of his experiences.
Tony Hawk shares a list of his injuries
In 2022, Hawk appeared in an interview with boxing legend Mike Tyson in a YouTube video of ‘Hotboxin’. During their conversation, the skateboarder was stunned to know that Tyson never had a concussion in his life.

The 55-year-old expressed, “It’s scary to think I have had more concussions than Mike Tyson. I have dozens in my life from skating.” He also shared that he lost two of his teeth at his first injury. Later on, he also injured his forehead, funny bone, thumb, fingers, knee, ankle, rib, hip, and shin. In fact, in 2022, he also broke his femur bone.
