Legendary snowboarder, Shaun White, is gearing up for his fifth Olympic appearance at the upcoming Beijing Olympics in February. Notably, White is eyeing his fourth Olympic medal at his last dance next month.

As the Olympics are just a few weeks away, White revealed the official Team USA uniform for the games in China. Just like Summer Olympics, American fashion designer Ralph Lauren has also customized Team USA’s uniform for the Winter Olympics.

35-year-old, American snowboarding hero, White is going to mark history at the Beijing Games, with a fifth and final appearance. Excited for the showdown that awaits, White, shared the official uniform on his Instagram page.

White wrote, ”I can’t wait to run out with Team USA for the Opening Ceremonies in this new look! I’m beyond excited to partner with @PoloRalphLauren, they always keep us looking fresh during the games. It will be a proud moment for Shaun to don the Team USA uniform for the last time; hopefully, he will also be the flag bearer. While he will wear Ralph Lauren’s customized uniform, he is also leveling up his game on the commercial end.

Ahead of his retirement, White has already stepped his foot into the business world, as he looks on to the next phase of his life. Shaun launched his own lifestyle brand, Whitespace, which not only offers activewear but also has limited edition snowboards.

Interestingly, White will compete with his own snowboard brand at the Winter Games. Remarkably, White’s 2022 edition of 50 limited snowboards has already been sold. While the man is a history maker, he’s going to face some intense competition from his young counterparts, who have been trying to defeat him on his dominant ground.
