Home/Olympics

Ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics, it’s beyond doubt that the athletes are planning their best moves. In an event of such measure, spread across 329 events in 32 sports and over 10500 contestants vying for the wins, it will be a show of a lifetime. But the best part is that the parents accompanying their children will gift the world some heartwarming mid-game portraits.

Over 16 cities will shelter families of the sporting individuals who will pitch up with hopeful hearts. But it’s a given that the anxiety levels of parents will go through the roof during the adrenaline-fuelled events, more than their children will feel. NBC, the primary platform chosen for the Olympic Games coverage, has surfaced with a unique idea. But this doesn’t surround the competitors.

One fan backed the previous statement and wrote, “Ughhh enough with the gimmicks. Stop the 25 min intro sob stories. Feels like American Idol or some stupid reality show. Primetime is just the WORST at this point, only showing snippets of competition and rarely showing competitors”.
