Yesterday, Lee?s Instagram page shared a fitness-oriented video of the master. It showed the master performing several fitness exercises to train every aspect of his body. The video revealed how Lee worked on conditioning his body.

On an interesting episode of ?Kung Fu Tuesdays?, Lee?s Instagram page shared the five exercises Lee did to condition his impeccable physique. For the master, practicing his training skills was important, but more than that, he focused on achieving overall strength. Lee knew that training his moves would only improve his fighting techniques. However, conditioning his entire body would give him inner strength.

Therefore, in the Instagram video, Lee performed a series of non-Kung Fu exercises. At first, he was seen executing a high-energy boxing session. Then, appeared a heartwarming picture of Lee running with a dog. Bruce Lee also trained on a stationary bike and did long sessions of skipping. Nevertheless, the master also had a sparring partner, Ted Wong, his Jeet Kune Do student with whom he trained frequently.
Moreover, his video?s caption explained, ?Conditioning is a skill of disciplining your mind, developing your power, and supplying endurance to your body. ? Besides the physical training of his body, the legend was also conscious of his diet. Needless to say, he had the most bizarre diet.
What did Bruce Lee?s bizarre diet look like?
Bruce Lee?s diet consisted of highly unimaginable aspects. In his biography, his friend and legendary actor James Coburn revealed that he once got scared by Lee?s diet. The master had immense faith in deriving benefits from items like ginseng and queen bee honey. He would drink a bizarre protein shake that consisted of Rheo Blair Protein Powder, ice water, powdered milk, eggs, eggshells, bananas, vegetable oil, peanut flour, and chocolate ice cream.

However, the most mouth-widening part of his diet was drinking beef blood. As per science, beef blood consists of water and protein. So apart from gaining protein from smoothies and shakes, Lee would also enjoy the benefits of beef blood. It was the master?s dedication to his diet and training that elevated his strength level. Indeed, that made him the greatest martial art legend in the world.
