Lee usually starts her day with a strawberry banana smoothie with vanilla protein powder, topped with eggs and sausage or bacon to ensure her protein and nutrition intake is high. She uses this breakfast as nutrition for her early workouts.

Additionally, Suni Lee’s favorite lunch options are a protein and quinoa bowl or a salad. She claims, “I pretty much eat anything,” adding that she is not a particular eater.
