Jordan Chiles, like every other gymnastics star around the country, is in hard prep mode with the 2024 Paris Olympics just around the corner. The Olympic medalist is currently soaring on high winds after landing a major deal with apparel giant Nike. And from the looks of it, Chiles is in a peppy mood that’s fit for an elite athlete who’s en route to set the stage on fire for the grand event.

As the road to Paris opens up, the gymnast is at the center of attention. Fans are in deep speculation mode over what Chiles will bring to the table for Team USA and Jordan’s recent podcast appearance might help to shed some light on her current mindset. Some well deserved fun jousting as parkour titillated fans recently.

Jordan Chiles shows her inner comedian

The 2022 World Championships gold medalist recently was seen in a podcast episode hosted by actor Taylor Lautner. Lautner, who became an international heartthrob after his role as Jacob Black in the Twilight movies, posted an Instagram update, where Chiles can be seen goofing around with the Hollywood star and his wife.

Taylor Lautner and Taylor Dome’s love for the world of sports prompted the couple to start their own podcast, and their latest guest was surely one of the biggest stars to have graced to show. Taylor’s latest post reads “He’s still got it folks“, as he can be seen accompanied by his wife and Chiles as the three do their best impressions of the famous “parkour” scenes from the iconic sitcom The Office. Mutterings of The Office dialogues vis-à-vis Michael Scott and Dwight Schrute, with Jim Halpert giving a final flourish by saying –“This is parkour” were the cherry on the cake.

Chiles can be seen coming out of the bushes looking rather tense as she executes a perfect frontal flip and boasts about her parkour skills with her signature flair. On the other hand, Lautner is observed to take a leap from a tree branch and do a couple of roll-arounds to break the fall, only to claim to find glee in his skills. His wife is also seen participating in their zoomies and fans can’t help but laugh at their eccentric activities. Considering how Chiles suffered a personal loss last year, this lucid time might be just the thing she needed to get her head back in the game.

Chiles determined to rise above the turbulent waters

In 2023, Chiles’ professional career took a major blow as the gymnastics star had to take a break from the mat to stay with her family as they mourned the demise of her grandfather. And yet, Chiles’ mother remained firm in her corner after she failed to qualify for the World Championships last year.
