Even though Joscelyn Roberson is still relatively young, her success this year has definitely made her a noteworthy member of the US gymnastics team. She fared quite well in junior competition but found it difficult to adjust to the senior circuit. Her lone elite status was bothersome, meanwhile, the commitment to college loomed. Beating the odds, she won ten medals in international meets, as an individual and as a member of the team in Germany and the Pan American Championships.
Roberson then joined Simone Biles in Antwerp and took home America’s team gold medal in the competition. Still fresh off the victory celebration, the 17-year-old announced another major achievement.

Roberson made her senior debut at the 2022 Winter Cup by taking first place in the vault after moving up to the senior level that year.
