Pet owners and their animals form a unique bond since they are constant companions through life’s ups and downs. Pets such as cheer us up, make us laugh, and even listen to us as though they may not completely understand what we’re saying. Similarly, the legendary gymnast Simone Biles has a special bond with her dogs. 

Simone Biles has had a dog since living with her parents. She grew up with four German shepherds and enjoyed her animal companions. However, now Biles owns two French bulldogs named Rambo and Lilo. In 2019, an advertisement caught Simone’s eyes as Tesla introduced their car with a dog-friendly function.

Simone Biles wanted a Tesla 

Simone shared the advertisement and wrote, “Mom & Dad, looks like I need a Tesla.” In the advertisement video, a lady leaves her two dogs sitting in the car by enabling the dog mode in the Tesla car. 

‘Dog Mode’ was introduced in February 2019 in response to a Tesla owner’s request for the feature for his pet. The advertisement shows how the quality can help your pets to ride snugly and comfortably in your Tesla in any condition.

For Simone’s love, even cardboard versions of the two doggies traveled to Tokyo for the Olympics to cheer on the illustrious gymnast. In addition, whenever she had days off from her demanding gymnastics training, she remarked how they helped her occupy the time.

Simone’s unfortunate incident with dogs

From time to time, Simone has sustained injuries from activities other than using her advanced talents on various apparatuses. But once, she harmed herself while teasing a temperamental German shepherd. Later, Simone told her story to her followers on Instagram.

Today, she wrote, “Here’s an update on my finger after the dog bit me. German shepherds don’t play.” Biles added, “I’ve grown up my whole life with German shepherds & never got bit. This dog @ the farm just said NOT TODAY.” This incident is funny for Simone’s fans, but healing the wounds and still loving her dog proved her love.

Apart from all this, Simone has mentioned her dog’s social media handle in her bio and quote herself as ‘Dog Mom.’ Her family owns german shepherds named Maggie, Atlas, Bella, and Lily. Given that she has a heavy rock support structure behind her, Biles can handle the highs and lows of her famous career. Her dogs, her parents, and her fiancé Jonathan Owens.
