Hailing from Panama, the 2021 Pan American vault silver medalist graced another routine.

Hillary Heron, the Panamanian gymnast, attempted a difficult move to leave the GOAT in awe. Interestingly, Heron recaptured the Double salto bwd stretched with 1/2 turn (180 degrees) and flaunted an impressive routine on the floor.

The manoeuvre was named after Biles since she was able to successfully complete it at the 2013 World Championships. Later on, Trinity Thomas successfully executed the skill at the 2019 U.S. National Championships, six years after Biles herself. This made Thomas the third woman to have attempted it. However, Hillary turned out to be the first to exhibit at the Worlds.

As Heron screams competition with her stellar performance, more such competition awaits the GOAT. Having stepped on the gymnastic mat with a thud, Biles once again made it to the spotlight as she claimed her signature Yurchenko Double Pike to her name as Biles II on the 2nd day of the 2023 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. With this, Biles II firmly made it to the code of points.

Leading the USA six-member roster, Biles steps foot on the Antwerp mat after a decade. This was where her gymnastic career blew the launch trumpet.
